Let’s face it, these are unprecedented times. Trying to maintain a level of normalcy has been challenging at best. With this in mind, nblack photo has taken the following steps to ensure a safe and healthy photo day for your athlete’s team and individual photo days.

The following guidelines as listed are for everyone’s protection but not limited to:

1. Ordering will be available online in advance of photo day and on the day of your scheduled photo day. 
2. Athletes are to maintain a 6-foot social distancing perimeter.
   1. There will be cones set up at the six-foot mark and athletes are to stay at their assigned cone until called for their photo.
3. Athletes must wear a mask while waiting in line.
   1. Unless team, league, or organization approves that athletes do not need masks in line.
4. Athletes are not to share, touch, or pass any ball used for a prop.
   1. In the event that a prop has been handled or passed along there will be disinfectant available to clean the prop. 
5. Athletes are not to congregate after the photo is taken.
   1. No exceptions.
6. Parents are asked to maintain a safe distance between athletes and photographer(s).
   1. The exception will be the team parent assigned to help with administering the above-mentioned guidelines. 
7. Team photography will consist of a composite assembled after photo day to maintain the social distancing parameters set forth by the CDC. Click here to see an example Composite team Photo Example. 

The team, league, or organization has the final say in all matters of health and safety. If you are feeling ill the leading up to your scheduled photo day please stay home. A makeup photo day may be made available to your organization.
